Questions
- What counts as a host connection?
- The first time you start a conversation with a host, or move their application forward by countering or accepting it. Each host counts once, ever. A host applying to your posting, replying to you, or accepting your counter never uses one.
- Do you take a cut of what I pay a host?
- No. Rates are agreed between you and the host, and you pay them directly. The subscription is the only thing LiveHosts charges, and hosts pay nothing.
- Is there a free plan for brands?
- Browsing and searching hosts is free. Reaching a new host or posting a job needs a plan.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Existing conversations and postings stay yours; you just can't start new ones until you subscribe again.
- What happens when I hit the Base limits?
- Host connections reset monthly. Open postings free up when you close one. Or upgrade to Pro at any point and the limits go away immediately.
